When Kerala faced devastating floods in 2018, We promptly mobilised our resources to alleviate the suffering. We played a significant role in the rehabilitation efforts, ensuring the construction of over 10,000 houses in Kerala. 5000 + houses rebuilding assistance, 1000+ UPS support to Govt, hospitals, 1000 solar lamps to community, 500+ toolkits to electricians Additionally, we extended medical assistance to hospitals, and offered scholarships and educational support to the children of affected families, empowering them with opportunities for a brighter future.

In 2022, Legrand undertook the complete reconstruction of the flood-affected Kharballi L.P. School in Barpeta, Assam with the primary goal of restoring hope and providing a brighter future for the 400+ children. By employing local villagers for the construction, Group Legrand India not only provided employment opportunities but also fostered a strong sense of community involvement.

When Odisha confronted destructive cyclones in 2019, We worked hand in hand with the respective state authorities, playing a significant role in the rehabilitation efforts. Additionally, we facilitated the re-electrification & infrastructure support to more than 300 classrooms in Odisha. Legrand provided essential utilities, such as lamps, to enhance the quality of life in the affected communities.
