The circular economy principles are an integral part of our new product development with an eco design approach, concerning all stages of the product life cycle. Our goal is to limit the environmental impact of our product, from manufacturing methods and materials to the use and recycling of our products.
Reducing the impact of buildings on the environment starts with the design choices. For each product family we draw up an EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) or PEP (Product Environmental Profile), a declaration that is like an environment photograph of the product. PEP therefore is a significant contributor to the Group’s Green Building policy.
Our commitment to sustainability and environment initiatives extended to packaging as well. We are consciously working towards limiting single use plastics, and eliminate 100% of single use plastic in flow pack and extended polystyrene packaging.
