As a CEO and Managing Director, Tony Berland with his keen expertise in driving strategy-oriented growth across different geographies, brings on board a wide, global, cross-functional experience with a strong focus on making Legrand the industry leader in India. His leadership role in senior management positions over the years has also equipped him with the skills to manage a multicultural workforce prevalent across nationalities.
An MBA from France, Tony has been associated with the Legrand Group for over 28 years since 1990. During this period, he has held a variety of senior positions within the organisation.
Starting his career with Legrand in France as a Business Manager, he held a few positions in Sales and Marketing for the French territory till 2007 for Legrand Brand and other brands of the group (Planet Wattohm and Arnould). From 2007 till Dec 2008, he took responsibility for the strategic marketing of the Cable management division at the group level. From 2009 till July 2012, he was the MD of Legrand Singapore and was taking care of the development of the group activities of Southeast Asian countries. After his stint in Singapore, for more than 6 years, Tony headed Legrand Australia and New Zealand as the MD till February of this year.
Mr Deepak Patil is a Mechanical Engineering graduate and has spent over 24 years in the Manufacturing sector. He has some big names in his bucket of figurehead roles like Whirlpool, LG, Electrolux & Voltas. He held various positions providing technical as well as leadership guidance in Operations, Engineering and Greenfield/Brownfield Projects.His last tenure of work was as Country Head overseeing Bangladesh Operations of Whirlpool (2006). Mr Deepak excels in Operational Expertise as well as has a sound sense of World Class Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Lean Management and Project Management.
Sameer Saxena handles the marketing function for three independent Group brand divisions in India: Legrand, IndoAsian and Valrack. He uses the expertise acquired over 23 years in strategic marketing (M&A) product program, distribution and channels.His role encompasses:
-Outlining the long-term business roadmap for each business division, the product roadmap and the brand strategy for the three independent brands.
-Identifying new technologies that may shape potential opportunities, and map the competition landscape for building a competitive strategy for Legrand.
Reviewing, analysing and adapting the yearly business plan for pricing, product launches, brand initiatives, promotions, and so on.

Mr Murthy's pivotal achievement in leadership across departments over the last 25 years is the consequence of his profound knowledge and expertise in supply chain management, purchasing, and quality control.

Satpal Singh brings over 15 years of extensive and diverse experience across the manufacturing, oil & gas, and energy sectors. He has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership abilities in Strategy, Business Transformation, Supply Chain, and Governance, establishing a solid track record of success throughout his career.
Most recently, he served as the CEO of Numeric, a brand under Group Legrand, where he showcased remarkable leadership and achieved significant organizational performance. Prior to this, he held critical roles at Legrand India, including Head of Supply Chain and Business Transformation, where his strategic direction and execution consistently delivered value to the company.
Passionate about innovation and continuous improvement, Satpal excels in motivating teams, fostering collaboration, and leveraging technology to optimize business operations. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Production from Mumbai University and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Satpal is an avid long-distance runner and enjoys exploring new trails on weekends, reflecting his dedication to both personal growth and a balanced lifestyle.
A result driven strategic business HR leader with over 26 years of diversified experience in leading human resources, Nisha has worked in industries such as Service, Consumer Durables and Specialty Chemicals.
She has in her career, been responsible for leading diverse portfolios in HR for COE functions like Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and HR Business Partnering roles with both Corporate and Manufacturing functions. She also brings with her expertise and experience of delivering HR Operational Excellence and process orientation.
Her passion for leading people strategies that enable business growth and create a value based high performance culture enabled her to successfully lead and support transformation journeys in her previous two assignments with European organizations, Chryso India, a French Construction Chemical Player and Clariant India, a Swiss Specialty Chemical organization.
She is also a people leader who is adept at leading and managing multicultural diverse teams with her experience of having headed HR for India and South East Asia Pacific including Australia while associated with Clariant.
Shrikant's array of expertise includes a solid understanding of technology and business. Over his 27-year career, he held different leadership roles in key manufacturing and service industries within Indian demography.
His responsibility as a leader in Group Legrand India is to provide efficient buying procedures, vendor management, training and certification initiatives, and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders to enhance relationships.
He worked with multinational automotive and engineering organisations in several geographies and critical roles such as design and development, manufacturing engineering, production, planning, and purchasing. His involvement in the installation teams for Quality Management Systems, TPM, and ERP systems made him succinctly knowledgeable in these areas.
Shrikant has a BITS Engineering degree and is qualified in QMS, Six Sigma, First Choice, and other areas.
With an impeccable track record of 14 successful years, She has been a driving force in transforming our supply and logistics across various regions (France, India, and Africa).
In prior roles, she assisted in the launching of a French freight forwarding firm in India, provided strategic sourcing consultation in developing markets, and supervised logistics operations for an American oil and gas multinational in 11 African countries.
She is responsible for our enhanced supply chain's internal procedures as a Lead in Legrand India's Supply Chain and Logistics business. She integrates Lean management culture, mentors teams to drive digital transformation, and involves
Health and Safety as well as Sustainability projects with a wealth of her valuable expertise.
Florence has various qualifications in Lean management (Kaizen Institute) and Six Sigma, as well as a Master in Management from Neoma Business School in France (ranked NBR 30 Globally by Financial Times) (KPMG).
Abida Aneez is a seasoned professional with over 28 years of diverse experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), as well as Human Resources and Organization Development. Known for her passion, ingenuity, and commitment to making a positive impact, Abida is recognized as a visionary leader with a strong focus on strategy and execution.
With expertise in deploying ESG and sustainability initiatives, Abida excels in assessing organizational sustainability performance, identifying gaps, and driving progress towards sustainability goals. She has played a key role in conceptualizing and establishing CSR strategies aligned with organizational objectives and community needs.
Abida is particularly known for her work in developing and managing social responsibility and sustainability strategies, including the materiality assessment process. She has spearheaded various impactful programs in education, skill development, healthcare, disaster relief, and environmental initiatives.
