Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

Customised training Programmes for electricians to upskill and enhance their earning capabilities. Over the last four years, we highlighted our commitment to fostering diversity and equal opportunities in the industry. In March 2022, Legrand conducted a job fair for the electricians in Udaipur to link them with the right job opportunities and grant them their certifications.

Legrand PowerUp

An advanced skill development Programme for domestic electricians. Legrand PowerUp is a first-of-its-kind Programme in the Indian power industry with the goal of upgrading the skills of electricians to the latest trends and technologies in the electrical industry.

Centre Of Excellence

A tailor made certified program (2 weeks to 3 months) The CoE endorses continual learning and engagement with the youth. An expansion of CoEs in various regions across India is currently in the works to educate, employ, and empower the youth in the field of electrical and UPS. The first university opened in Mathura in 2022 and a few more in the pipeline.

Apprenticeship Programs

In support of Government initiatives to provide learning and better employability opportunities to young students Legrand actively promotes apprenticeship opportunities across all its plants and functions.

PWD Skill Training

A comprehensive training program designed specifically for persons with disabilities, covering a diverse range of courses to prepare them for employment in corporate roles along with placement assistance.
